On May 19th Mega Mopar Action Series presents the 5th annual MOPARS at the MOTORPLEX

This years schedule includes Bracket Drag Racing, including:
"Modern Hemi Shootout" 1/4 Mile, featuring any Mopar built 2002 & later with the Hemi engine.

Nostalgia Super Stockers, all brands may run this eliminator, 1/4 Mile INDEXES, Footbrake only.

Electronics 1/8th mile, all run, Delay boxes, TransBrakes, Air or Electric Shifters

Super Pro 1/8th Mile Footbrake, 7.50 and quicker

Pro  1/4 Mile Footbrake, 12.00 and slower

LX-Sportsman DOT Tire class, all et's run, Footbrake

Plus this year, Gabrielle Stevenson, President of Texas Motorplex has recognized that something special is in the mix with todays American auto makers putting an incredible emphasis on power and performance. Gabrielle acknowledges  “There are some extremely loyal car owners out there and this year we get to celebrate that passion and enjoy the best of each brand, Mopar, For old retired doctors & can't spell that - with three incredible series’ and events".  Those events being "Super can't spell that", "Fun For old retired doctors" and the "Mega Mopar Action Series" presenting the "2012 MOPARS at the MOTORPLEX".

This year, however, the competition starts early and all brands are invited to a pre-event party for each event: The Motorplex will launch the new “VERSUS THE WORLD��  series. So, Friday, May 18th the day before the 2012 MOPARS at the MOTOPLEX, There will be a kickoff of  "MOPARS Versus the world", all brands will be there, making for a really exciting MOPAR weekend !!
