After a forgettable year racing (hadn't won a round all year) show up at the TMCCC's final race, only to have the battery crap out.
I'm ready to strap it down and go home, when up walks Bill Boon and keeps telling me the CarQuest store is only down the road and is open on Sundays (a true businessman NEVER stops).
Up rolls Mike Bearce in his Challenger, pops the trunk, tells me to pull the dead soldier and we'll head down there.
Long story short: Thirty minutes and $111.95 later everything is back together.
One time trial and five rounds later, Grady's handing me the winners trophy for Super Muscle.
Bill Boon And Mike Bearce: Two of the best full sized guardian angels a racer could have. Thanks!

Real informal at Billadelphia's on Davis Blvd just past the YMCA on the east side. The address is 5752 Davis. Around 6pm. Just come and hang out, the food is great and it beats having to drive to south Arlington (no offense...). I'm driving either Double Fugly or the '65. I'm bringing some hot rod tunes to play and I promise NOT to play "Leader of the Pack". However I DO have "Little Nash Rambler (BEEP-BEEP)"

1- Mopars at the Motorplex (it's around here someplace, but I couldn't find it)
2- The TMCCC dates and locations
3- 2012 Texas Thaw
4- Anything fun or the club is into..........
I'm up against:
Jake's graduation on June 3rd (SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!!!)
Hockey season (last game is April Fools Day and they all get played Sunday afternoons!)
New Granddaughter in Feb. (that will make 11...)

I knew you guys wouldn't forget. I just figured out what I was doing wrong to register from the old site.
Lynn knew his Mopars and was as good as any who manned the mic.
Will they find a new announcer?: yes
