If your plugs are fouling, it's more likely a fuel problem rather than an ignition problem.  Make sure your carburetor is well adjusted.

I'm building a 360 for my '71 Swinger.  Its 0.040 over with a .477/.480 cam, 4 bbl & headers.  Currently the car has the original 2 bbl 318 and I just got those heads rebuilt a few months ago.  They got all new valves, seats and bronze guides.  I'm wondering if I'm on the right track if I re-use these recently rebuilt 318 heads on the new 360.  The 318 heads would need better springs to handle the cam.  But I have some good springs.  So I'm thinking 1) spend another $500-600, maybe more, on some 360 heads (I have a good set of castings and a second set with good springs and valves, I would get them decked and assembled and I might do some mild porting first) or 2) swap out the springs on my good 318 heads and mount them up.  Won't cost me a thing.  Has anyone put 318 heads on a 360?  How'd it work?  I'm intending this car to be a fun street car that sees some track events.  Thanks.
