I am retoring my 70 Cuda 440. Previous owner did it as AAR clone with black fiberglass hood. I believe the hood is a bolt on since it bolts on to the hinges. It has pins on the front. Seems like a no brainer but I want to be sure. I am guessing the lift off hoods are strictly that.....lift off......no hinges.....maybe pins in all 4 corners? I am asking because I was trying to figure the value of my hood. I found a couple bolt ons that were $700-900 whereas the lift off are more like $300. So..do I have a true bolt on worth $700-900? It is in excellent condition.

If it's a factory hood yes if it's aftermarket no. What do you mean by excellent condition. No scratchs or cracks ? A good Mopar site that has a good bunch of experts on it is . You will get answers a lot quicker and correct there about most anything Mopar and more..
